- Research: Chickens Performance with raw chicken, test tubes, video installation. 2006. University of Georgia, Poultry Science Laboratory. In the Poultry Science building at the University of Georgia, I stood before viewers wearing a lab jacket, chopping raw chickens into strips, and stuffing the pieces into syringes and test tubes. A video installation to my left displayed edited clips from chicken plants, medical research labs, children in hospitals, and eggs hatching in sterile environments to comment on the growing necessity for medical research despite the consequences.
