- Commiserate Video Installation with wooden platform, fabric, video. 2006. 6.5ft x 3ft x 7ft. Each viewer climbed on the platform and reclined to watch a video projected on the ceiling above his or her head. The video displayed my torso and wringing hands, while the sound played the words spoken by a rapist during the crime. The viewer felt the physical oppression of the ceiling above his or her bodies, while the submissive, reclined position of the viewer heightened the graphic nature of the video.
